Lincia is a proud mother of two. She can be described as a woman with ambition. She is a hard working, motivated, experienced, individual who has been dedicated to the beauty industry for over 20 years.
Wanting to further her education and obtain business skills on how to run her salon more efficiently, Lincia pursued her Bachelor’s degree in marketing and business management at the University of South Florida.
Knowing that her clients can leave her chair feeling very satisfied with the services that she provides brings her joy. Lincia has an interest in up-dos, sew-in extensions, short
cuts, and natural hair.
"My mission is to promote healthy hair care while providing my clientele with products that will nourish and restore their hair to its natural beauty. I love to infuse classic styles with modern elements to give my clients a fresh and unique look."
Patrea is a young vibrant woman who eats, breathes, and lives hair and fashion. She has had the privilege of participating as a hair stylist and make-up artist for various photo shoots, fashion shows and a local Tampa based magazine. On her spare time, she does custom hair and makeup for brides and their bride’s maids.
As a USF alumnus with degrees in both management and marketing, Patrea is putting her business skill into practical use. Patrea is now pursuing her dream as co-owner of Elegance Hair Design. She is currently the manager of Elegance Hair Design. Growing up in salon since the age of 8, Patrea was destined to be in Hair and Beauty industry. Patrea loves to accentuate the best attribute of each of her clients.
